WELCOME TO THE GODINE FAMILY GALLERY

The Godine Family Gallery is an experimental exhibition space overseen by the Studio for Interrelated (SIM) department at the Massachusetts College of Art and Design, the only arts institution to be publicly funded nationwide. Founded in 2005, the gallery has been shaped by the transformative, collaborative, and interdisciplinary lens garnered by SIM.

For a term of one year, a select team is given the opportunity to manage the space and engage in curatorial practices. Alongside learning the principles and practices of curating, each team is given the liberty to reinvent the narrative, challenge the boundaries of a gallery, and evolve the creative footprint of the space.

Godine Gallery is currently under the direction of Sophia Kasparian & Hannah Zahr

The space is free and open to the public.
